So now I am proposing that we, the ever-present tambays of Faura Steps, get some kind of support AND protection from DISCS or OSA, or Sanggu, or the Magna Carta, maybe-- against unnecessarily harsh treatment from the faculty, scenes most similar to the MMDA banishing the vendors from their beloved sidewalks. Faura people have been inhabiting the steps of the building for quite a number of years, I believe. So why not make it official? Give us the right to stay where we have always been staying, protect us from the tantrums of some teachers, and we'll try our best to keep our noise levels to a minimum. (Na-experience ba ng seniors ang ganitong problema? Naisip ko nga, baka batch lang talaga namin ang maingay.)
It's only been a few days since we officially migrated to the other side of the stairs, and this is welcome speech that we get. "GO AWAY!" And I thought we'd be safer over there, since there were no open classrooms on that side of the building. Well, I guess I was wrong.

San pa ba kasi pwede tumambay ang mga Faura people? Sa driveway? Sa garden sa gitna? Sa rooftop?! Dapat nga magpasalamat ang Ateneo, nagtitiis kami sa steps. ("Ateneans feel that the world owes them.") Maybe they should provide us with a better tamabayan. Yung mas conducive sa pag-cram ng CS projects at pag-aaral para sa surprise midterms. Baka sakali dumami ang ma-produce nilang CS graduates.
Haha! Ang layo na ng inabot ng usapang ito. Drama na. Parang yung mga teacher minsan. OA.
