LIBRAing: The Corporate Culture Test

Where to work?
Indecision.
What does Tickle have to say?

Your ideal company
Your best fit would be large companies that are considered to be leaders in their field. These companies have been around for a long time and have worked out their kinks. For the most part, they run a tight ship and there is usually a hierarchy that makes it clear who is responsible for what types of decisions. This established structure provides a way to move up the ladder and places values on time spent within the company.

People who want to be in a top position right away would be frowned upon in this type of company. After all, how is someone supposed to know all the inner workings and details of an organization if they have not spent time in several lower positions?

In these companies, loyalty and hard work are more important than who you know. One benefit of working for a large and established corporation is that their identity is well defined and you would have a clear idea of what the company is all about and what it might look like in the future.

Which corporate cultures are right for you?
Below are some companies that have the kinds of corporate environments in which you could thrive. Remember, these are just some of the offices that provide you the right kind of culture — regardless of the business and industries they are in.

Which corporate cultures are wrong for you?
You would not be happy and reach your full potential at companies run by people who change their minds frequently and yet demand a relentless amount of work from their employees.
