Yay!

Makati Med, of all places! This is where we (Christine, Jet, Zippy and I) met Miss Airos Marianne B. Soria. How nice. The hospital smell is _fantastic_ really. :P But it was fun. I missed all of them so much! Except Zippy, of course.

Zippy and I left school at about 12 noon so we could meet Jet and Christine for lunch at Megamall. Somewhere along the way we decided to meet at Shangri-la instead. Jet is his usual self, Lasallian through and through! :P I mean, Sir Jet. When I asked what his teaching style was, he said "Film showing!" Haha. Maybe one day I'd sit in and find out if his class is of the "cuttable" type. >:) Christine is still Christine... (Oh my, am I allowed to say I actually saw you? Umm, don't worry, my blog's unknown to most people, hehe.) We caught up with the latest chismis in our own lives, and other people's lives too! Fun fun fun! Though I wasn't really much of a contributor on this part. Hmm, actually that depends on whose lives we're talking about here. :P Lunch at Cibo was good ol' Jet's treat. The things you can do when you're earning money... like deciding one day that you wanna buy a laptop! Anyway... Christine treated us to dessert at bon appetit. That chocolate thing I got was... well, let's just say I was so full I didn't even get to finish it.

Oh well, we talked about lots of things I can't post here in my blog. (Zippy, don't make kwento!) Haha. But these I can make known to the world: the striking similarities between Ianoid and Zippy (according to Jet and Christine), my frustration about people who are "naglilihim" and "na-iintimidate", the successful recruitment of Christine and Jet as Voltes V++, and the exciting life of Miss Soria. Speaking of Airos, she's one hyperactive lady, as usual. Nagambala nang husto ang Floating Island sa Makati Med. :P Yup, considering the short time we were together, we ate and talked a lot. *sigh* These are the people I spent every single day of highschool with, people that I only get to see about once a year since we started college. I missed us, too!

Too bad I wasn't able to watch the sagala at school! Philip was there, though. I'm sure he'll make a very detailed kwento about this, I'll feel like I saw the real thing, too. I also cut philo and history so I could "extend" our aforementioned little get-together.

I'm all alone in the apartment tonight. I managed to convince Mamwah to let me stay until tomorrow so I could catch up with my CompSAt responsibilities, updating my blog (hah!) and also, so we could get started with our lex-ana project. The library's "totally" closed tomorrow, so I still don't know if we could get a copy of the necessary readings for that.

I'm dreading the next two weeks. Talk about _major_ hell! Long tests, midterm exams, papers, projects, readings, DGs, basketball, et cetera. Friday next week is especially hectic. CS130 project+first basketball game+G2G+ASG party+other headaches. Argh! And the fact that we're halfway through the second-to-the-last semester of our college life (if we graduate this March!) is not uplifting, at all. I do NOT feel as old as I should be.

Weeh! I have a fully functional mouse now!

(Do I really switch moods that fast?)

Zippy "slept" through our MRT ride home so he wouldn't have to give up his seat for the girls/ladies/lolas standing in the train. But he still manages to whisper some nasty comments about people's IQs, legs, and bee stings (!) during his "sleep". Am I really friends with this guy?! >:)

I hope I can ask Mika to give me a copy of the pictures she had taken during our immersion. I miss Jericho. And Nanay Perry and Tatay Pedro. :( I'll always think of them as a second family I can always go home to in Calatagan. MIka said she's planning to go visit there during sembreak. Hope I can go, too. They've invited us to their fiesta which they celebrate at May 8. Jericho's birthday is May 14.

Medyo masakit ang katawan ko, due to basketball practice. Andami ko ngang coach! I've learned tips (some are serious, others joke-joke lang) from ER, Akie, John Paul (Jopoy), and Mia. I've tried raising my hands a little higher when shooting, and not jumping when I'm at the free throw line. Pressure, pressure!

Acads. I am a Macabebe! Err, I meant a cabeza! >:) History class is hilarious, even if Dr. T's antics are sometimes preempted by some people. Ahem. But finishing the readings before each meeting can get really stressful. Anyway, I'm also beginning to enjoy TR's way of teaching. He's organized in explaining the lessons, though he sometimes gets carried away with his kwentos and examples. At least they're funny. Most of the time. And I noticed that I have so much notes for his class. Actually, we take so much notes that it annoys him. Unlike last year, when I used about only about eight pages of my notebook per sem?

Ugh, anime is so feeling. And he's also affected by someone's sumpa. C'mon, you were so much more when I was stalking you last summer! Or maybe your appeal is that look-i'm gorgeous-but-don't-talk-to-me-coz-i'm-a-real-jerk type. Or maybe I'm just bitter.

Got my hair cut last weekend. Some people said it's nice, but I don't think I've fully convinced myself it is. Partly because it takes so much effort dry it the "proper" way. I use the electric fan... so can I say I fan-dry it?

Oh, maybe it's time to shut up.

LSS:

Cool | Gwen Stefani

It's hard to remember how it felt before
Now I found the love of my life
Passes things, get more comfortable
Everything is going right

And after all the obstacles
It's good to see you now with someone else
And it's such a miracle that you and me are still good friends
After all that we've been through
I know we're cool
I know we're cool

We used to think it was impossible
Now you call me by my new last name
Memories seem like so long ago
Time always kills the pain

Remember Harbor Boulevard
The dreaming days where the mess was made
Look how all the kids have grown, oh
We have changed but we're still the same
After all that we've been through
I know we're cool
I know we're cool

Yeah, I know we're cool

And I'll be happy for you
If you can be happy for me
Circles and triangles
And now we're hanging out with your new girlfriend
So far from where we've been
I know we're cool
I know we're cool

C-cool, I know we're cool
I know we're cool
